Christmas at Bij Marie

A fully served Christmas brunch. After a warm welcome and a drink, the brunch starts at 10:30. Some of the cold dishes are on the table at the start, after which new dishes keep arriving.

At the brunch, among others

• Unlimited coffee, tea, water, milk and orange juice
• Tomato soup with basil cream and meatballs
• Various breads and croissants
• Cold cuts and cheeses
• Beef carpaccio and filet américain
• Home-made gravad lax
• Croquettes
• Roasted rolled roast in truffle jus
• Bacon and eggs
• Various sweet spreads and pastries
• Yoghurt with red fruit and berries

A 4-course Christmas dinner, all to share, in the Christmas-decorated restaurant. The 2025 menu below is an indication and will be updated for 2026.

Starters

• Pull-apart bread with spreads
• Oxtail broth with truffle

In-between courses

• Beef carpaccio with basil mayonnaise, rocket, seeds, sun-dried tomato and Parmesan
• Champignons Dordogne in beer batter with garlic sauce and fresh salad
• Tartare of home-smoked salmon with lime cream and pickled vegetables

Main courses

• Grilled steak with pepper cream sauce, flambéed mushrooms, bacon and onion
• Black Tiger prawns with roasted pepper risotto
• Stew of Black Angus beef cheek with Jerusalem artichoke and truffle

Served with crudités, fries and mayonnaise.

Dessert

• Grand dessert: a tasting of desserts (Bij Marietjes), including home-made cheesecake and crème brûlée
